We own & develop our own brands such as Lavazza Caffe Italiano, Café Select, 3Potatomore, Pizza Pronto & Traditional Favourites, amongst others. The Directors are foodservice professionals with an unrivalled track record in the industry. They are all investors in the business & have a hands-on approach to management. Site General Managers report directly to the Chief Executive. Our aim is to work in partnership with Clients & Brand Owners, to deliver excellence & continuous commercial innovation.

- Operations Director at Granada Hospitality (now Moto) and previously Little Chef & Travelodge.
- A progressive, multi-disciplinary and successful career spanning over 25 years in the branded hospitality industry.
Tony Carson:
- A well-known and respected ‘serial entrepreneur’ within the leisure sector.
- 25 years award winning experience in the pub/restaurant industry.
- Successfully built up and sold several businesses, including “Dragon Inns” to Whitbread and “Jim Thompson’s Oriental” to Noble House for £13 million.
- Majority shareholder in Pub Company “Eat Your Heart Out Ltd” – operating Destination Dining Gastro Pubs and Bistro-Quality Suburban Quality local Pubs.
- Experience of M&A at corporate levels.
